Top iPhoneography Pics of the Week showcases mobile photography talent submitted by iPhone Life readers. Each week, we feature three top submissions along with one honorable mention. We judge the images based on quality, composition, context, cleverness, and mood. All photos must be taken and edited with an iOS device and using only iOS apps.

To enter your own best iOS shots, please visit iphonelife.com/contest for submission details. Feel free to share how you created your image, and don't forget to give it a title! You'll not only get the chance to have your photo featured online, but also of winning prizes from OlloclipCanvasPop, and a spot in the next issue of iPhone Life magazine.

This week we are doing something a little different. I received so many excellent submissions that I thought it would be best to list all of the top pics in their respective categories while still recognizing the top three submissions and the honorable mention. So, here they are!

1st Place Submission:

"Not your typical web" by Armineh Hovanesian

Category: Things

Armineh used the iPhone 4 to capture this wonderful composition of a net. "I'm a mobile photographer and my weapon is an iPhone 4. For this picture, I used the app, Instant110 ($1.99)," Armineh explains. Well done!

2nd Place Submission:

"Untitled" by A. Guerrero

Category: Landscape

3rd Place Submission:

"Mt. St. Helens from the Johnston Ridge Observatory" by Brady Nelson

Category: Pano, Landscape

Nelson used his iPhone 5 on iOS 7 beta 1 and used Snapseed to put the finishing touches on the image.

Honorable Mention:

"Viva La Fiesta" by Chuck Cohen

Category: People

"This picture was taken two summers ago at the Viva La Fiesta celebration in Santa Barbara, CA. This mother and son were watching the equine parade from the sea wall. No editing was done. I chose to not use a camera setting that included any definition of the sky. I wanted the two people to stand out."

Photographing people in candid situations is not easy to do, so well done Chuck!
