The other day I was changing my Yahoo password and the site didn't like my chosen password because it included letters from my name and a number from my birthday. I wasn't intentionally using my birthday and it's pretty hard not to use at least one letter from my name, since my name is long and includes 11 letters out of the 24-letter alphabet. Fortunately, I had my iPhone right next to me and I was able to quickly generate a secure password using Siri. Here's how:
Siri is able to randomly generate strong passwords with the help of Wolfram Alpha.
To generate an eight-character password containing a mix of numbers and lower and uppercase letters, say, "Wolfram password." Siri will offer seven random passwords for you to choose from.
You can also specify length and type of password. To generate a longer password, say, "Wolfram password 16 characters." To generate a password with special characters, say,"Wolfram password special characters." You will see a whole list of possible password types that you can generate at the bottom of the password generation screen.
Now all you have to do is remember all your passwords!
