Rumors of an "iPad mini" with a 7.85-inch display continue to appear, with a recent report from China, via Unwired View, saying that it will have an IGZO display. That stands for indium gallium zinc oxide, and has a number of advantages: the display can be thinner, and it uses less power. It was rumored that Apple tried to use an IGZO display in the retina iPad, but the technology wasn't quite ready.
