A news report from China gives a rare look inside a Foxconn factory at Zhengzhou, where over 70% of the iPhones are made. The video features Fioxconn head Terry Gou taking a tour inside the factory. It opens with scenes from a helicopter ride above the Foxconn campus, giving you a good sense for the enormity of the manufacturing facility, which covers over 2 square miles and employs over 100,000 workers. The video shows the assembly line for the iPhone 4S frame and motherboard, which produces 10,000 units a day. It also shows a "clean room" where the iPhone 4S camera is manufactured.
