Some rumors are suspect, because the source may or may not know what he's talking about. But when it's the head of Foxconn who makes the assertion, you have to figure he knows what he's talking about (since Foxconn is the major manufacturer of Apple's iOS devices). And earlier today China Daily, and English-language newspaper in China, reported on a speech by Foxconn Chairman Terry Gou in which he said that Foxconn was "making preparations" for Apple's rumored TV set, though development and manufacturing haven't yet begun.
