Yet another measure of the iPad's dominance in the marketplace was released on Friday — an analysis of data from the Chitika ad network that shows that the iPad accounts for 94.64% of web browser traffic from tablet computers. In second place was the Samsung Galaxy Tab, with 1.2% of the market. This statistic is interesting in that during the last quarter the iPad had a 68% share of sales of tablet computers. Apparently those who buy Android tablets use them much less for surfing the web than the iPad.
