According to a report out today from Reuters, sources say that Apple ihas been in talks with EPIX, which was created three years ago by Lions Gate Entertainment Corp, MGM, and Viacom's Paramount Pictures — three companies with large libraries of movies. Apple is known to have been working hard to try to secure deals with the studios. And a number of the rumors related to a possible forthcoming Apple TV set have said that Apple doesn't want to offer a TV unless it can also offer package of content.
