My 11 year old is not looking forward to the upcoming frog dissection portion of her science class, so I was very interested in the Frog Dissection app from Punflay. The app leverages the large touchscreen and interactive nature of the iPad to provide a realistic simulation of the process I remember... and still cringe when thinking about it.
