While problems with the new iPad aren't widespread, there do seem to be a couple issues cropping up with some of them. 9To5Mac is reporting that Apple is actively investigating a WiFi problem on the new iPad that seems to exclusively affact the WiFi-only models. Problems include dropped connections, slow dowload and upload speeds, and difficulty making a connection. Many of those reporting the issues used previous models of the iPad with no problem, so the fault clearly seems to be with the new model. Those with the 4G iPad aren't affected.
